The Latest Information on DuBois Chemicals Response to COVID-19

DuBois understands the critical roles we play as a leading supplier of essential chemistry to Food, Beverage, Institutional and Industrial Manufacturing customers. We will continue to communicate and put our customer first, just as we have done through substantial challenges over the last 100 years.

So far, we have experienced minimal disruption in our supply chain and implemented the following actions to ensure the safety of our employees, families and customers while continuing to fully operate all manufacturing locations;

  • Implemented daily contact with key vendors and continue to review alternate supply options
  • Ensured the ability to transition operations between our 9 blending facilities and multiple distribution facilities which all operate on the same systems
  • Validated capacity at our network of toll manufacturers and 3PL warehouses in the event they need to be utilized to meet evolving needs
  • Resourced local technical resources to review product alternatives with customers to protect their processes in the event a specific product is impacted
  • Updated DuBois system capabilities to allow greater use of virtual contact programs to minimize in-person contact without loss of communication
  • Instructed all DuBois field employees to adhere to CDC guidelines on social distancing and all customer guidelines on site visits as they conduct required service
  • Restricted all employee travel to only critical, customer required travel
  • Required all employees capable of working remotely perform their duties from home
